A23 5g not charging

I am using Samsung A23 5g since June 2023. I had to chang the charging port 3 times. The service centre cannot provide me the exact reason of the damage. If it was one to two times then I can consider it that it was mine mistake but..

Moreover I have bought S21 fe recently and I am using that A23 5g less, so the charging cycle is also reduced. So how come the charging port again got damaged.

Use official charging wire and also you might be pulling too hard ( charging pin) from charging port of your device

I am using the original charger and cable and I have fully charged 3 days ago and did not charged yet

I had similar problem with my previous device Lenovo k10 note. Even after repairing it from service centre the issue again pop up. Then I brought charging pcb from Amazon, repaired it by myself. Never had to visit service centre from that point on. If you know little bit of hardware knowledge and only if your device is out of warranty I suggest, you should Try repairing it on your own. Or the best option try different service center. Previous engineer might have took your device carelessly. Also find out that this issue, is it common for your device or it happened to you only.
