My A21s haven't received one ui 2.5 update but others have received it .....

Please help me out ???

go to samsung service center they will update it 2.5 one ui core

I have checked it already , but its showing ui 2.1 with 1 september 2020 security patch

then u want to reset ur mobile then it will automatically update
