This is really disgusting from samsung. Other brand smartphones are receiving the android 16 updates in their phones now. 

And, your customer support team at Nepal are clueless. They have no idea if when will we get the oneui 7 update. 

Coming from a brand like samsung, this is disappointing. Never purchasing a Samsung phone again. Very poor experience.
