Is anyone experiencing lags with touch issues on the A15 and it's showing that it has started charging but the percentage is not climbing up

Hi there press & hold the volume & power button simultaneously until you see a Samsung logo then release your phone will restart.

if that doesn't work there are Bluetooth settings in the developer options, there's a limiter that sets Bluetooths volume
