Calls from Teams

I can no longer receive calls from Teams to my Galaxy A15. What could be causing this. It's not Teams as I can receive calls via Teams to my spare phone.

Hi Kazwell,  please ifn dthe below steps to enabale call on teams:

Disable "Battery Optimization" for Teams

>Go to Settings > Apps > Teams.

Tap on Battery.

Select Unrestricted.

Check "Notification Categories" (One UI 6.x / Android 14)

Go to Settings > Apps > Teams > Notifications.

Ensure Allow notifications is ON.

Tap Notification categories at the bottom.

Look for Calls or Incoming calls. Make sure it is set to Alert (not Silent) and that Show as pop-up is enabled.

Adjust Teams In-App Settings

Open the Teams app > tap your Profile Picture (top left).

>Tap Notifications.

>Under Block notifications,

ensure "When active on other devices is turned OFF". (If this is on, Teams won't ring your phone if it thinks you are active on a PC or your spare phone).

Please try steps and advise if this works.
