I made a huge mistake and bought an A14 today this phone doesn't have anything...I wanted to set up my Samsung pay it doesn't have that feature and I wanted to connect to my smart TV it doesn't have smart view after using A51 for so long I feel so lost and disappointed in Samsung

But it's your fault for not reviewing the device before purchasing it

I mean you literally went for a downgrade and you expected more, from A51 you should have went for at least the A34 for similar features or even the A54 for much more

Surely you can still return the device if you're not satisfied

I mean, in most stores, you can return the device or exchange it within 48 hours of purchase if you experience an inconvenience

You should have do more research before purchasing a device check the specs of the device you looking for
