Galaxy A1. Check for Software Updates:
* Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
* Install any available updates for your Galaxy A35. Software updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can resolve connectivity issues.
2. Verify Mobile Data Connection:
* Ensure your mobile data is turned on and working correctly.
* Try browsing the internet or downloading an app to confirm your data connection is active.
3. Check Data Limits:
* Review your mobile data plan for any usage limits or restrictions on tethering. Some plans may have limited tethering data or require a separate tethering plan.
4. Restart Your Phone and Other Devices:
* Power off your Galaxy A35 and the devices you're trying to connect to.
* Wait a few minutes, then power them back on. A simple restart can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.
5. Forget and Re-add the Hotspot Network:
* On the device trying to connect to the hotspot, forget the saved network for your Galaxy A35's hotspot.
* Then, try connecting again as if it were a new network.
6. Temporarily Disable Power Saving Mode:
* Power saving mode can sometimes interfere with hotspot functionality.
* Disable it temporarily to see if it resolves the issue.
7. Check for Carrier Issues:
* Contact your mobile carrier to inquire about any known network outages or service disruptions in your area.
8. Consider a Factory Reset (Last Resort):
* If none of the above solutions work, a factory reset may be necessary.
* Back up your important data before proceeding, as this will erase all data from your phone.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, it's possible there may be a hardware problem with your Galaxy A35. In this case, you may need to contact Samsung support or take your phone to a service center for repair.
