While buying my Phone I noticed the colour "BLACK" mentioned in the product box. After unboxing I didn't noticed the colour or not aware of it. But the actual product colour is BLUE. How is it possible? Guys help me ! I bought my phone on 09.07.2019.

Have u asked the salesman about color while opening the box?

Just check imei on device & box if they are different then contact samsung, might be a mistake while packaging

Yeah, I checked it the IMEI is same, but mentioned Colour of the product is wrong.

Contact samsung & send them pic of device & box via mail or tweet to samsung mobile that the colour of the device is different as mentioned on the box......they will revert very quickly if you tweet but please blur your imei on the pic before posting
