Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Perform a soft reset on your device. Follow the steps below on how to do a soft reset.
Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds.
Clear the cache of the 'Camera' app.
To clear an app's cache:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the sort by icon next to 'Your apps'.
5. Select the switch next to 'Show system apps' and select OK.
6. Select the app you'd like.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear cache.
If the issue persists, Start your device in 'Safe mode'.
(We ask you start your device in Safe mode to determine whether a third party application is affecting the performance of your device.
Starting your device in Safe mode causes your device to boot without loading any third party software or applications.) If the issue does not occur in safe mode, it means it is being caused by a third part app.
Please also ensure the software is updated
