Hey samsung I got 6.1 update in a72 but I don't get any update in gallery app object moving or copying like that I dont get any new features in 6.1 update but I got other features regarding battery, adding widget in lock screen so please fix this gallery issue ASAP
we are talking about image clipper feature, on long tapping on the image, a cut-out appears from the image, you can copy and paste that cut-out in another image and also save it as a sticker,
One UI 6.1 update has disappointed in A52,A72. Images clipper and voice focus are features of One UI 5.1, which are added to all low midrange devices from One UI 5.1, but in A52 A72, leave aside One UI 5.1, they were not added even after One UI 6.1 update. Now image clipper has become image cutout and voice focus has now become mic mode.
As per your concern, we want to inform you that Image Cliping option is supported in your model. kindly perform the following steps to use the same.
Steps to Use: Go to Gallery > Open Image > Long Press > Clip & Save the image. -kindly register the draft for more issue clarity.
In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
