Hi All,

I have Samsung Galaxy A52S 5G (A528B) device. After updating one ui 6.0 android 14, my A52S 5G device not working in 5G mode. After selecting preferred 5G network it shows only 4G LTE+ connection. What is the problem? it is the problem with One UI 6.0 android 14 or 5G network issue? kindly help out me on this problem.

No its not. I have checked 5g on various 5g phones but a52s 5g has the most fluctuating speeds of all. It usually goes on 1mbps whereas a 15000 rs realme 8 5g goes around 300 mbps

My dear reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on and off one time also restart your's device without any Sim in slots and interchange your's Sim into sim slot. Thanks.

There is only one solution
After this you can easily call on Vo5G🤗
Install net monster app from play store
Go to setting within app and select network as NR only and there you have it
Mark this as solution if your problem get solved

Hi samsung members,

My issue is not solved after factory reset and hard reset also. Its showing me 4G LTE+ network only where there i have 5G network in my area. I have already speak with samsung customer care, and they also told me that your mobile setting are perfect. Then what is the actual issue? If i am not getting 5G network in my area, then it is very disappointed by samsung as they have not solved my problem.
