My samsung m36 , instaead of increasing contrast or brightnes in sunlight, slightly milky shade comes on screen. Phone is in warranty period. When i talked to nearest service center, technician argued (who uses phone in sunlight; that screen is visible; that he didn't seen this type of problem). They do not want to see the problem and only argued that phone is alright. I was a samsung phone customer for over 12 to 15 years but now i will not buy any samsung phone after these issues wuth customer service centre. This is mental torture...

Btw don't worry too much about it and calm down now take any other phone feom your family members and then bring your phone into the sunlight then start recording your m36 phone that the problem you're facing save this as a proof to show them and simple claim your warrenty as display problem issue if they still refuse to replace it then try checking calling samsung help support directly and first explain the problem you're facing second explain the behaviour of the service centre employee that although you have a valid problem with your phone under warranty still they refused and started arguing to you, hope this help.
