Hey, I am using samsung galaxy F06 5g and faced issue while availing pick up service... Its available at my pincode according to samsung's official website and also I booked it up online, but then it got automatically cancelled at first and website says "Unable to Contact" then I again booked it, and I recieved call from service center, saying that "I won't pick your phone up, you take it to your nearby service center yourself." He said that they are wrongly assigned... What's the even point of telling me that it's available at my location... If you guys can't provide it... My nearest service center is just 1.5km from myhome and i have a tight schedule recently so I can't go there... So if there's pickup service available or not? just clarify!! L to @samsungindia for this

To whom? I called the Samsung helpline afterwards, she said "if the service center is saying this, you do that"

Idk that if the service Centre tells like that you are left with no option. How they can't deliver it to your home. Its just 1.5km

Report it. You know the prob is not Samsung themselves. These problems are created my thr ground workers, the delivery agents etc there job is to deliver us the product that's it why we need to get harassed like if you got prob go deal with the company by urslf why always the customer has to suffer everytime. Its safe and best to order from the website than e-commerce platforms but because of these type of cheap play during delivery I avoid the website and go for flipkart or amazon

Write an email to "[email protected]" and mention everything that happened. If you have a reference number for the pickups, attach those, mention your phone number in the email. They will call you back within 24 hours, explain everything and let them take it from there.

Dude my phone's warranty expires next week... I don't think so they would be able to do that within my phone's warranty period

They generally respond within 24 hours, if not, take it to the service center yourself. But I'll STILL RECOMMEND writing an email.
