Heating Problem!!!!!

The sumsung galaxy f62 mobile is more nd more heating if I couldn't use the phone but the phone is always heated I am very frustrated or upset for this problem can you please slove my problem  As soon as possible ..

The processor is throtling itself due to android 12 update and one ui 4 extras. Its much better switch to android 11 cause each android version needs 1 year to be stable or switch to custom rom
