Delhi1. Check Auto brighness option that should be turned off.
2. Clear Data of camera. Go to setting apps camera app storage clear Data.(don't wry no other data will delete.).
3. Check whether camera app is completely updated or not.
4. Restart your phone.
Note:- If problem is still there..Do a Default system reset not factory Data.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
