My HT-J5550K doing booth loops,took it in for repair on the 29th of June untill today no update ,if I check the ticket nothing is happening yet it's only taking 4-7 days for those in USA,or you don't have update yet?one last thing is Samsung gonna cover the costs?

The last follow up was done on the 05.07.2020, the service centers is still awaiting delivery of the main board of the unit so that it can be replaced. 

 

However you will receive a call back or sms once the service center has received the part

I've had the same with my HT-J5500K. According the web chatter out there this is a SSL Certificate issue that only Samsung can fix. Took it to a Samsung dealer who said a firmware upgrade is required but Samsung haven't developed it yet. there's no way customers should foot the bill regardless of expired warranty.

Your concerns are appreciated and heard and have been escalated further in regards to the cost,  However  we are still awaiting feedback on solution from the Head Office. Further communication will be sent through email to customers who have sent their units in to the service centers

just googled it a more and Forbes reckon Samsung's servers got hacked
