My HT-J5550K doing booth loops,took it in for repair on the 29th of June untill today no update ,if I check the ticket nothing is happening yet it's only taking 4-7 days for those in USA,or you don't have update yet?one last thing is Samsung gonna cover the costs?

Just some feedback on the bootloop issue. collected my bluray player from the Samsung Care centre in Durban. it was repaired, tested and is working fine now at no charge. They did a hard-reset and that resolved the bootloop cycling.
