I am still waiting for my call back. I hope so. I have seen posts by many South Africans with the same problem. My HT-J5500K/XA included. Do the right thing.

Consumer ElectronicsI contacted 4 service centres in Pretoria no one new of this problem or wanted to help without charging a service fee. Nor did they no of the problem. So we are treated differently for living in South Africa? FYI. I am still waiting for a promised call back from your head office.. 😔
