My handset main started having issue of restart due to auto update one month ago. After visiting service center main it cost me 15h and complained at main high level. After one month of waiting, I am still told that you will have to spend. It's Samsung's software's fault, the customer has to pay the cost, this is Samsung's third class process, what is the reason given to me that your handset is out of warranty, but even after out of warranty, my phone working conditions are the main issue due to auto update but the company Do you accept our update? Just tell the customer that the free honey pot is out of warranty after one month, my children's study has been lost, this is what the company was doing, but the company is doing it again and again to take money. It will not be the customer's fault, yet the customer will have to pay, this is Samsung's process. Open the social media and see how much problem is there. There is no problem in updating them. There is such a model that there is no problem in updating the main media. I am totally so upset, I am totally harassed by the process of Samsung, I am not buying any Samsung product ever again, I am not even going to contact anyone, I have such a very bad experience. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

in can't process follow  ,This is such a third class process and company of yours that because of your updates the customer's money is wasted, you guys take that money, this is Samsung's policy.
