my s pen is not getting connected to my phone it only does touch interactions. Button and air action not working as it does not gets connected, and keeps on disconnected.

TRY THESE STEPS IF ANYONE WORKS FOR YOU -

1.Remove the S pen from the phone. Restart the phone and insert the pen to reconnect.

OR

2. Try removing case if you have flip case which is having magnet on it, then check the functionality of S pen.
The case uses a magnetic feature case, it interferes with the S pen signal.
You need a case with no  magnetic feature attached to it.

OR

3. While doing this step S pen should be inserted in the s pen slot .
Go to the "S Pen Remote " settings screen and on the very top right corner click the 3 vertical dots button for the drop-down menu to show.  Click on "Reset S Pen" and it'll take a minute and re-sync the S Pen.

OR

If these doesn't works then try doing a factory restore by taking all your phone backup .

sir,
I am not using any cases for my phone. not even the transparent rubber case which Samsung provides.
and already mentioned in above reply, i have done resetting my s pen settings, it didn't worked.
and for the factory restore, i need to get the whole phone's backup which is quite problematic to me cz i don't have any other device to get my stuff backed up.

Due to some technical error or bug this problem occurs.

You can take the backup on your PC via smart switch or if not upload your data to google drive, One drive, also through accounts backup & restore option which can save all the settings, messages, contacts

Factory reset the phone, if problem persists you need to visit service center they can help your to resolve this issue.

Hi,
Is this problem resolved somehow? cause I have got the same problem.
i tried factory resetting the fone, resetting the s pen.but nothing worked..please let me noe..if this is a software bug? because the S pen was working fine for the last 11 months..

no, its not resolved yet. and i think the only way left is to replace the s pen.
