poor performance of note 10+

I have recently bought Note 10+ but Network connections are very poor compare to other phones which i am using and which are on the same mobile network, secondly i have also taken Buds in offer sadly soumd qulity and volume is pathatic with note 10+ where are with other phones it is fine. Need some solution immediately. I have invested hard earned money with lot of expectations but very disappointed.

i have wasted my hardwork money in buying the note 10 plus...front camera third class...phone some time get heat....yesterday i prchase it...bttry back very miserable not satisfactotry at all.......total money waste

aap ekbar Samsung service center se same firmware flash karke dekhiye...sab ka problem nehi hota but kisi kisi ka wifi or internet se new firmware update karne se hota hain problem...
