Using the supplied charger and cable? also using the phone while charging will give you slow charging.

I just check with what's up today and I'm facing the same issue..! I'm not sure this is there server issue or my mobile issue bcz everytime I do software update in J4+ I'm having problems like apps crash or mobile not function properly.. since after Android Pie update back in May, my mobile function became so slow and facing number issues.. I'm getting really frustrated of keep doing factory data resets...
