i want upgrade my software version 9 to 10

Hello samsung, i want to upgrade my software version android 9 to 10, but i didn't get any updates. Why i didn't  get that? Please tell me what can i do for that? My phone is samsung note 9 (6/128)

Have you rooted your device? That might be the problem. If not then, try contacting Samsung through Live Chat option on their website.

bro update it through smart switch and pc or via Odin or through authorized samsung service center as they use Odin only for official purposes

I think so ..because that device now running on one ui 2.5 under android 10
