didn't getting android 10 and UI 2 update on Samsung Galaxy Note 10

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 10 snapdragon version but the prob is didn't getting any updates why don't know need assistance here will you guy's plz help me tho.....

I am going here as per Indian members Group... So you have using Snapdragon Version then it is clear that you have purchased it from some other region other then India and obviously all Handset are region locked but when you activate such devices with same region sim with a small time frame only then it got unlocked and then you can use any sim in any other part of the region other then where you purchased and it will work perfectly, but then the CSC code Changes and for Software update CSC code is most important and then the PDA Code..So in such cases now the CSC code & PDA codes are got mismatched, as PDA remains same but CSC got changed and now Server got Confused...But you should get updates as per Purchase region...So if this is the case with you that using Handset in India or any other region from where you purchased then visit Service Centre for better Assistance, they may charge for it if don't have International Warranty, which is the normal case....

@belictony... Have you read the comment Properly ?? Have you ?? if not then make it clear that out of three binaries two are most important one is CSC code & then The PDA code and when you try for update through OTA or any such similar mode then the Server matches your CSC code & PDA Code and you got updates as per the matching Criteria and if both got mismatched then there will be problem with update Since PDA is of other region and CSC is of other region.. So that's why most of the users are not getting updates as per these parameters...And I used this word "Confusion" to make him understand..And why we people comes & Believe in just leg pulling ??? If you know the other reason then plesese let us know so that we also get updated...please....If that would have not the reason then why they rollout updates as per region wise and why we don't get update when other region got update prior to us for Same Handset ??? We are here to give right direction or right pathway and not for leg pulling...Hope you understand it...And for your kind attention anybody can got Confused if data got mismatched and access is denied for that particular task even if it a hardware or Software....

First You tell me From where you have purchased this handset and you are using it where ??? Second check that the region from where you have purchased this Set has got Android 10 or not ???

bro it comes from USA and I am using it in Bangladesh right now

Bro.. You have two options to resolve this issue and to the best of my knowledge you will get updates as per USA region only and some/Many of the Functionality might not support here in Bangladesh...Out of these two options first one is the Simplest or Easiest to perform if you can since Second one is bit Complex and Needs special Care & Expert assistance...These are as follows:-
1. Insert SIM Card to your handset of Same USA region from where you purchased it.. In doing this CSC & PDA got matched and you will get updates accordingly...
2. Change CSC code by dialling *#272*IMEI 15 digits of your handset# and you will get list of available CSC, select the matching CSC with your PDA...Now Flash the latest Official Firmware with Odin. Kindly make a note of it that you flash all three binaries of same region..Again Special Care is to be taken while performing this step and Assistance of any Experience person is to be taken... Screenshots attached about three binaries & way of getting window for changing CSC of your Handset...
