Samsung did community because old Samsung users who experienced problems can resolve some problems ,they don't need to ask Samsung for simple things.
who has small questions here there are so many people who can resolve there problem.

lolz check other forums , they constantly keeping bugs and issues updated with some more interaction.. even last security issue in android 10 resolved just because one girl mentioned that on twitter and tagged in their community forum ..

anyways live in dream samsung already lost 20% brand value in just 2 years

that was just an example how they do interact .. even though they do call back to get feedback of customers ..

ask samsung a issue in screen hrz and ask screen hrz issue to mi , oneplus . who do instant solution , check yourself,

most of samsung devices has ghost touch issue for a long time which was not yet resolved ( seems to be accidental touch bug ) ask samsung and ask the same to these others

ghost touch issue already resolved by almost all handset manufacturer except this samsung .. and about Update support all knows how lazy and slow samsung is , all M series almost has camera sensor issue but for last 1 to 3 months samsung failed to provide solutiin to that . these issues are verified bug in samsung device published by various android phone security researchers

Samsung market trust already gone slowly from 2016 but from 2018 samsung lost market trust rapidly .. because of their negligence to customers and profit only system

I am using Samsung from 2015
star pro ,2016 Galaxy E7, 2018 J6+
all 3 device never give me any teach issue till now, all are working fine, no problem are there till now , I have all 3 now but also no problem is there.

you are those customers who dont want to see the reality .

example android 8 and android 9 has a zero day bug for almost every device , all handset manufacturer including pixel resolved that bug recently but Samsung still trying to find how to resolve it . lolz irony is this

Samsung can't give update time to time because it releases many devices, it can't give update to all models, living update Samsung phone never give me any problems ,
I use most 3rd party apps but also , I have not got any issues, most people who use Samsung they say Samsung hangs, if it for star pro ya it's TRUE because it has 512mb ram it's not enough, E7 2gb ram and J6 4gb ram both phone never hanged ,from when I purchased e7 I never get hanging problem till now,some people don't know to use Samsung phone they get issue.

see buddy samsung produce less device than some other companies .. it is just an excuse

samsung issues :

1. it heat up more than comparison to other devices
2. samsung unable to provide security fixes faster than other devices . even they take more time to customization their UI .

so many issue samsung has .

specially now a days samsung all devices has network issue . get a device which read the measurement of cellphone signal range and level than use that to check samsung network bar or network catch measure and compare another device .. samsung devices find it hard to get proper network signal this issue lasted for more than a year but still samsung failed to resolve it

it is mentioned already by many well known researchers

if your getting something unique it should take time
do you know when Samsung releases one device in that there will be other 3 model with same name
that means, if you want to talk about only E7 means there is 3 device

in every modal there will be 2 variants
tell me which company release back to back so many devices

samsung is proven a cheater , cheating people with false information which was proven at taiwan FTC courts , US federal courts etc

so these UI blah blah does not matter now .
