The Pathetic Service which is getting provided by you guyz, Samsung is Well Known and trusted brand please kindly upgrade the quality of Service Center Representative, even when you give phone for repair only thing they have knowledgeable for Motherboard is bad needs to check, issue is something different even checking time You Charge Cux for checking however give the estimate on the given time only, Cux has to wait 3hours only to check there phone and technicians are doing timepass in front of cux seriously this behavior is not done also once you give phone to repair n czz of no parts availability customer has to wait for more then 7days even if it's a non warranty cux if customer is submitting there original handset with you guys it's your responsibility to provide spare handset for the use, even you guyz dont do follow ups with cux regards to work status n when cux gives you a call you say Number is wrong where in on given invoice i see the correct Number updated 

Third Class Customer Services are getting provided at Samsung Service Center
