Why my samsung s22 ultra are not showing esim option

I want use esim in my phone but esim option are not showing

Settings>Connections>sim manager>add esim

If it's not there might be a software issue or hardware issue like antenna damage(they most probably will ask to replace motherboard)
So if it's still under warranty go and get it done now itself else will cost you 60% of the phone
