Dear Samsung Team, 

Samsung F23 device is having support of 5G but if I go to airtel app and check the 5G support it showing mobile is compatible foe 5G but Software is not installed what does it mean...

What does it's mean...if 5G phone is not there then what is the use of 5G enabled option. Again we need to installed software for 5G...enabled..

But y when default only 5G was enabled then..I think so it's bluff to us because phone with 5G is mean it's should work on 5G network now they are disclosing about software then what is the use Sayi g 5G Phone..

just wait for an update from samsung. as soon as you update your mobile , you will be able to use 5G

from what i know, 5G is not activated as we didn't have 5G in India. 5G hardware is already in our mobiles but software wises its not.

Buddy see if ur having 5G support means you should have 5G in bulid enabled...

i totally get your point, but the thing happened everywhere in the world!!!! ie when 5G was first released in the respective country. so things are not done deliberately, it is a kind of stander process.
