Hi, I'm using Galaxy A52. Recently (3/4 days) i have been experiencing unusual touch problems for example sometimes i gotta tap on a app twice then the app opens or sometimes i gotta tap twice to write something on my keyboard... In first attempt it doesn't work at all.. I must tap or type twice to get the results.. 

I hope Samsung's gonna provide me some help and give me the relief bcz it's very annoying...

Please follow the below steps, If the battery is non removable:

Press the power and volume down key simultaneously for few seconds.

Check space availability:

Is there sufficient space available in your device?

Kindly check the space on your device:

Path: Settings > Device Care >Storage

To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.

Please ensure stable Wi-Fi connection to your mobile. Downloading via mobile network may result in additional charges.
Please ensure enough storage space in your device.
Please ensure your device has sufficient battery for updating software. (above 50%)
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Software update.
Step3: Tap on Download and install.
Step4: Checking for software update.
Step5: Software update available.
Step6: Tap on Download.
Step7: Downloading updates.
Step8: Tap on Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask question).
