Samsung galaxy f62 issues

Hello guys 

I have a samsung galaxy f62 and in this phone there are so many issues!!

In this device apps often crashed and there are so many apps which doesn't support this device and there are so many ONEUI 4.1 updates which also doesn't support this device, please so something with this!!

Which app are crushing in your device and I think every feature was given of one UI 4.1 to us

Apps = lockstar, etc...

Features missing = extra dim, smart widget, extra brightness, etc....

Also some internal apps always crash whenever we open them!!

Like my friend said battery is also draining.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
