 Samsung is using Covid 19 as an excuse because they're getting battered by OnePlus in India and don't see India as a priority for they already slow rollout of Android 10..

If I were you I will wait patiently for stable update instead of forcing company to release update full with bugs by posting such posts. Dont you see post in this forum mentioning bugs in updates.
