Why samsung making foolish to his fans?? I bought a Samsung smartphone in against of my father spend ₹20k. This phon heat up so much in few times and battery **bleep**.. it's like Samsung is want to lose his market. We want a powerful processor not selfie queen camera..
Bro my father has A50, but he doesn't have any heating issues, Exynos 9611 is very similar to 9610. I think it's maybe a software issue. Try to uninstall unnecessary apps which are always running in background if that doesn't solve the issue, boot into the recovery, try cleaning the cache.
You're not getting my point, my father uses everything today's young gen does, that is why i said he never complained me of that. He plays games also, not PUBGtype but casual Racing Games etc, browses Internet, have tonnes of apps installed and never clears the application from recents after using, watches News & YouTube all day. Not to mention the calls. This can be called standard usage and I have never seen any heating with that. He just says during daytime outside the phones gets a bit warm, but that's normal. Do have the M30 also, and same for it.. Maybe You got a defective product, visit the service centre and complain them about that. And If your usage includes pushing phone heavy then every phone is gonna overheat, go for higher end phones is the only solution.
