Dear Memberindia team,
When someone win prize you ask for 30% TDS , but you didn't deduct tds on the winner's PAN Number, In August I won your contest S20 FE Fan SQUAD Contest. And I won Rs 50k Voucher and your team ask me to deposit 30% of the TDS Amount that is Rs.15,000/- in Samsung India Electronics Private Limited.
But when I filed my Income Tax return it didn't show Rs.15,000/- TDS on my PAN. I ask from your team on 25th March 2022, but I didn't received any response.
I provide all the details my PAN and AADHAAR. Then why they not deduct TDS on my PAN number?Here is some attachment.
