Overheating and camera

I  bought a new  m31 yesterday from Amazon India. It is overheating and camera is not working.

when I open camera it shows camera failed

launch settings>apps>camera >clear the both cache & data> restart the device and launch the camera andd see

check out is there any system updates available for your device...

reboot your device to safe mode, and observe the device condition whether it's working normal or its getting overheated. if its device functions normal on safe mode then problem lies with third party applications , find the abnormal app and uninstall...

Guide to enter safe mode.
1Power off the device.
2Now turn on your device by pressing the Power key . When Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key .

all done but still not working

then you have only two options left for you. 1. Wipe cache partition & factory data reset
2. Visiting nearby Samsung service centre and reinstalling the operating system... as you're saying that your device is just bought yesterday so you can demand them for new device replacement for it....
