Although my phone gets a knox security it is unable to run apps like securefolder please fix this issue and dont give me lame answers like restart your phn and others i have done all of that

i have tried to reach to this email about my voucher for winning the contest "Picture Perfect with Galaxy AI" multiple times but there is no reply
