Why my device would  not get any updates....like android  10 or one ui 2???

Try to restart your Phone and then check for update if not work send feedback to samsung and send them system logs

You Can find feedback in Samsung Members home page there is plus icon click on it and then send feedback

Try connecting to pc via smart switch (an app by Samsung) and searching for updates.
