I’ve been using the Samsung Members app regularly, and while it has many helpful features, there is one major problem that really needs attention.
There is **no way to block someone**, **no option to report abuse**, and **no way to delete abusive or offensive replies made to your posts**.
If someone insults or abuses you in the comments, you are completely helpless — no matter how many times you try, you **cannot remove their words**. This is deeply disappointing and unsafe.
A community app must give users the basic tools to protect themselves. **Without the ability to delete offensive replies or block/report users, the app becomes unsafe and uncomfortable, especially for polite and respectful users.**
I sincerely request the Samsung team:
👉 Please add **Block**, **Report**, and **Delete Comment** options for users.
Let’s make this app safer, cleaner, and more respectful for everyone.
I am saying all these things because a person is abusing me every day and saying dirty dirty words but I can never stop saying all these things to him. ABecause the Samsung Member app donot offers that feature. Not only that, that person is a hacker,He's playing tricks on my account.But I can't protest against him.Not only that, he is also abusing me.But since there is no way to protest in the member application, I have to endure everything. If this continues, I will have no choice but to cut ties with Samsung.
