Is this Really your support Forum? We come here to get some help and support but Everytime I come here A lot of Unnecessary stuff. I would suggest To not to start such a contest which forces users to post spams and unnecessary posts. 

Try this. Go to top of the Forum and have a look at first 20 Posts. Out of those 15 are spams or irrelevant stuff

Samsung Members is not purely a support forum. It is also where members get access to exclusive info, benefits and can share interesting things they are passionate about with each other. We try to encourage the same by hosting various themed contest time and again. However, many times, people post in the wrong subforums and that may give rise to the confusion you're talking about.

While we are working at cleaning this up, you can still ask your queries and people active in the community will share their advice. This is common occurance even amidst all the seemingly random content being shared!

In case you require any urgent support, the dedicated Get Help section is always at your service.

Having all contests in a different subforum is an interesting idea though. Will explore.
