My website is not opening in Incognito mode.

Laptop is slow loading while opening my website Amtex Enterprises on Incognito mode. My Internet speed / Wifi speed is good but my phone browser is slow while opening the website of my company Amtex Enterprises in Incognito Mode . Is there any method to fix my problem?
