I think that samsung community is influenced by activity of Samsung members. All the point system of beginners, active, expert and ambassador used to be based on points but now it's all based on computer algorithms.
I have seen many members here post lots of stuff but still not getting due attention or points. I have seen many don't even have 100 posts and they are at ambassador level is this even logical.
I think sansung should provide an update to community members app so this issue can be tackled. We also should be given access to pin our posts. I think there is some sort of biasness in the system. I hope samsung understands this.
Brand ambassador levels are not determined the regular way, they are specially selected by Samsung through recruitment procedures, hence they can be of any level and can have any number of posts. The max you can achieve through being active and posting is "Expert Level 5". Brand ambassadors can have any level, active or expert.
I feel you on this. It's pretty frustrating. The community feels **bleep** and filled with favoritism scams. There should be a bar on who get to win prizes in this community- exempting the employees and people close to the employees of Samsung from taking part in these contests. There are many aspects that can be improved in the Galaxy Members Community. Sincerely an avid Samsung galaxy fan who has bought into the ecosystem since Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.
