Friends this was totally a different Platform till late 2018 then what it is now... Earlier Samsung Admin or Somebody from Samsung were used to respond on genuine feedback or query or issues, but now even they are not bothered about anything happening on this platform....Three-Four times we have reported, including me too about unethical, unjustified or irrational things happening on this Platform but only slight Changes or Negligible Improvement...So, is it not our Moral Duty that we the Senior Members should take initiations in improving or Maintaining degnity of this platform..
See why I am saying this not because it is my parental property or I am the Signing Authority of Samsung!!! but because I also a part of this Forum...I will go point by point here...
1. Members are So eager to get the Expert tag in just few fraction of sessions (Days or Weeks), and in doing this they Start Posting immediately from 6Am onwards and by the time it is around 8Pm, We see almost 6-7 Posts..And unnecessary or irrelevant Comments on Posts as if the future strategy will be designed by us & not by Samsung...Now again I am not against these as it is meant for this only..But take care while Posting & Commenting as a Samsung user, and not like we are the Final Authority of Samsung...I am not Commenting any Name/Names though I have Screenshots of such members...And if anybody feels that he/She got Expert tag then he/She should not take proud of that, Since we are aware that how long that member is associated with this app or in how sort time he/She got this tag & by what means & how much knowledge he/She has in resolving the queries or issues of members. In short don't use words like Confirm...Today... Tomorrow..1-2 weeks.. Soon.. Very Soon etc. for updates ( Specially for One UI 2) until & Unless you have Final Authentic news from Samsung.. Rather use May be /Mayn't... Might/Mightn't...My Opinion..My Perception etc..Since we are not the Final Authority to Decide this rather it is to be decided Only & only by Samsung....
2 Don't highlight this much or Exaggerated about One UI 2 as if we are the Marketing & Promotion team..Almost Each & Everybody is asking for for when to get update for One UI 2 and obviously they will ask this because we have created this much of hype in their minds..And nothing wrong in this but when we see such posts Everywhere it downgrades our interest on this forum..And many a times we are not able to respond any user facing any issue on time...And here also comments illogical or unjustified like when to get update Beta/Stable... Tomorrow...In a week...Very Soon...Soon etc... Let Samsung should decide...
I will not go into the depth, everybody is smart here and my intention is not to hurt Anybody's integrity and if anybody feels that I apologize for it....But plz. behave like a Samsung user & Not like Samsung Signing Authority 🙏😃😀
first thing first Samsung should eradicate this level system this the area where people got crazy over here and doing irrelevant and irritating post Samsung inst taking any action instead I was get banned for 24 hrs rather taking action on these irritating and irrelevant post the action has been taken on good memebers
This System of leveling is to be changed..There are many on this Platform who got the Expert tag even in two- Three days by just Copy paste of their links regarding likes for Diwali Contest...And I Personally don't accept anybody having Expert1 tag without having Minimum of 11 Solutions (1 Solution per level) in his/her account & Expert2 with minimum 14-15 Solutions.. And when you see the way they respond to any post or Comment sometimes you will laugh on them and Samsung too..that why this tag is given to these guys...And I am working on this from last few days to find that after how many Comments or likes or Both, level is increased (Rough idea)..For this also I am not Commenting unnecessary or unjustified..Just Commenting on Nice/Good Photos in Galaxy Gallery & to Some posts too and then use to take Screenshots of my account on every 10 Likes or Comments Regularly.. And I personally report a post irrational or Irrelevant in Report→Other→Reason mentioning irrational post....
