The one whom you advised must accept your suggestion as a solution. i.e he will have to click on 3 dots and accept as solution.

Very Simple Just Answer Someone's Post With Better Explanation.When He Satisfied With Your Answer He Can Accept Your Comment As A Solution By Pressing Three Dots On Your Coment.For Example You Can Expect My Comment As A Solution By pressing 3 Dots On My Comment.Then You Can Better Understand.
