very worst Samsung company, the reason is I using Samsung note 20 ultra 5g (SM-N986B/DS) its automatically appear on green line issue there no physical damage but Samsung service Centre ask to pair money and I will attached photo also WhatsApp Image 2023-08-03 at 9.46.28 PM.jpeg

As long as I have information Samsung service center is replacing these displays for free as long as your phone doesn't have physical damage. If they said no try dropping an email on servicehead.in@samsung.com

This policy is applicable only for the phones purchased within 3 years from the date of purchase.
