Green line after this **bleep** intentional update

So, i received this update later last month to my Galaxy F41 , and basically I'm kinda tech enthusiast person so i updated it all of a sudden. 

After updating it, within a week a green line is occured on my display and gradually it increased in width. To reduce or stop this from further increasing i manually uninstall the update but display and green line stay intact.

Eventually i have to replace my display bcz phone isn't in warranty. But after that i notice that **bleep** update, neither it gave me latest security patch nor any additional features.

Update only contain some app update which Eventually can be done through galaxy store. The whole purpose of this update is to make my phone damage, just bcz my phone is now quite old.

In market also green line issues is occurred after updating older phones, cheap tactics behind this to make customer buy latest phones.

Don't know how this make sense but update contain nothing just a green line bug.... and now an update notification stays in my notification bar and can't be snoozed untill i update again.

Its not only app updates you get but Its a security patch update, you can see at samsung site what all security fixes are there Usually green line comes due to overheat, so not sure what happend in your case.

Brother I'm currently at August Security patch. How this security patch update is any different ?

It is giving me same patch level, there should be a October 2023 patch if this update really giving me a Security patch

Every month some security valuenteries are gettig fixed and google release it every month. So these type of updates containea those fixes not only app updates.

Brother i got august patch in earlier update itself. I know about security updates but this update isn't including any security fixes.

yes, but there were many phones received 2 updates in august, It seems your concern is that your last update was planned by samsung to destroy the phone, but this shouldn't be the case. For green lines many company replacing screens free, not sure about Samsung. To avoid greenlines , suggestion is to dont get your phone overheated. like dont use phone while charging, no extensive games for longer time, dont charge overnight or longertime with chrging on, use only samsung chargers etc, as some screens are having issue with overheating..hardware problem with overheating.

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to Samsung service center for replace/repair it's free of cost. Thanks.
