Failed to Update Firmware - Samsumg A31

Hi there,

I have a samsumg a31 and received an SW update notification, however, after downloading the almost 1G update and tried to install and restart the phone I have a message saying "Failed to Update Firmware - Contact Service Center".

Can someone help me please?

Go for wipe cache partion using the recovery mode. Them after wiping the cache go and update your phone once again.
