Hello, there is only one problem that is i didn't get android update for my J7prime my currently android version is orio 8.1

j7 prime down not got android 10. because it won't support it

in which version did your mobile launched. it should be launched with pie version to be supported the android 10. it was the report given by google

My Mobile J7 prime was launched with Marshmallow 6.0 android version
