As a Samsung customer first, here is my take on what some of the New Year's resolution they should consider:

Samsung, oh Samsung,
A brand that's known to all,
Your products are impressive,
But there's room for you to stand tall.

As the new year approaches,
It's time for resolutions to be made,
So here are a few suggestions,
To help your brand be in the grade:

Focus on sustainability,
To protect our earth and its resources,
By reducing waste and carbon emissions,
We can all make a difference.

Embrace innovation,
And push the boundaries of what's possible,
By constantly improving and evolving,
You'll keep your customers loyal.

Prioritize customer satisfaction,
By listening to their needs and concerns,
And providing top-notch service and support,
Your brand will surely earn.

Samsung, we know you can do it,
With these resolutions in place,
You'll continue to shine bright,
And bring joy to every face.

Thanks Vedant. Just wanted to try a different approach and see if they notice and take some pointers from it.

They're doing what you asked in the poem, for sustainability they had indeed made zero carbon emissions goal and they're using recycling materials which they posted in this community. And they had increased the software updates to 4 years and 5 years Security patch updates which indirectly aims for sustainability. They indeed embrace innovation and they are encouraging the youth for innovation by conducting competitions and providing internships at reputable IIT. The winners had some excellent innovative ideas that can transform our day to day lives and also save environment.

I agree with service and support, because recently the software update for Galaxy watch 4 crashed and damaged them. The Samsung has not provided any guidelines or instructions to the service centres whether the watches will be exchanged or reduce the repair cost of the watches as it is the software fault. I read in internet that there was exchange available in US market for bricked Galaxy watch 4. But what about our Indian market right?
