Buds 3 pro are best. Although they are a bit costly but their design is perfect. Buds 2 pro are old types of buds. Although both sound great but designwise, Buds 3 pro are best.

Buds 2 pro are available at as low as 6.5k in sales and buds 3 pro are above 15k. Buds 3 pro has a better ANC but the cost difference is too much to justify that difference.
In the end it's up to your budget. Even if you have a good budget i would say go for buds 2 pro at 6-7k INR. They are comfy, sound as great as 3 pro just lacking slightly behind in ANC and Bass.
