Dear Samsung Fans!

Samsung Community levels are a way to recognize and reward members for their activity and engagement in the Community. The higher your level, the more privileges you have, such as the ability to post in more forums and access exclusive content.

Levels Explained

Level 1: Newbie

•  Description: The starting point for all new members.
•  Privileges: Basic posting rights, limited features.
•  Progression Criteria: Consistent participation, interactions, and contributions.

 
Level 2: Active Member

•  Description: Active participants who engage in discussions.
•  Privileges: Enhanced posting rights, access to more features.
•  Progression Criteria: Consistent participation, interactions, and contributions.

Level 3: Expert Contributor

•  Description: Trusted members who provide valuable insights.
•  Privileges: Higher posting rights, recognition.
•  Progression Criteria: High-quality contributions, helping others, marked solutions.

• Level 4: Community Leader
• Description: Respected members with leadership qualities.
•  Privileges: Almost full community privileges, special recognition.
•  Progression Criteria: Consistent positive contributions, helpfulness, moderation.

How to Earn Points and Level Up:

You earn points by completing various activities in the Community, such as:

• Posting a new topic: 10 points
• Commenting on a topic: 5 points
• Answering a question: 10 points
• Receiving an upvote on your post or comment: 2 points
• Marking a response as an Accepted Solution: 20 points

Once you have earned enough points, you will level up. The number of points required to level up varies depending on your current level.

Level Requirements:

Point-Wise Level Advancement

• 0-99 Points: Newbie Or Beginner 
• 100-299 Points: Active Member
• 300-599 Points: Expert Contributor
• 600+ Points: Community Leader"

There are many benefits to leveling up in the Samsung Community, including:

• Increased visibility: Your posts and comments will be featured more prominently in the Community.
• Access to exclusive content and features: You will gain access to exclusive content and features, such as private forums and early access to new products.

Okay... I don't understand their level system tbh...
.
There were cases when a member was stuck at "Active 5" level and was not getting promoted despite of being active. And one day all of a sudden he became "Expert 5" level. 😬

Brother I thought something is wrong in this post, because there is no benefit as you mentioned or there is no any points you get.

The information in your post seems to be more accurate. Basically there are No privileges for higher level unless you are BA or moderator.
