Today I received jio 5g welcome offer but I can't able to use 5g network this is phone problem my handset m33 5g samsung plz tell me when new updates for 5g

Even the December 2022 update released is without 5G support. 


I have registered a complaint for 5G update not provided and hence 5G not working at National Consumer Dispute Resolution via Twitter
